Description
The third generation furnace camera adopts special fully enclosed design,it’s waterproof, dust proof and high temperature resistant.easy install,It only needs to drill a Φ 120mm hole on the roof of the furnace shell,and insert the high temperature resistant lens into the furnace.The system uses nitrogen and water to double-cooling the cameradevise to ensure the camera working stably in the high temperature,high pressure, high dust, humidity and corrosive environment.The equipment acquires the image in the furnace by the high-temperature resistant lens of the miniature camera.The CCD chip has the dual functions of visible light and infrared light.The whole material surface distribution image is displayed in real time on the center control room,The camera adopts a wide-angle lens, no need to adjust focus, debugging Convenience.It use for the blast iron furnace above 250 CBM,the system can also be used in other industrial furnaces with high temperature,high humidity and dust.
